A partnership with the Southern Colorado Small Business Development Network (SCSBDN) was formed to identify topics that would be relevant for helping small businesses with their workforce needs. As a result of the partnership, "Getting to Know Your Workforce Center" was launched.
Outcomes & Benefits
Pueblo Workforce Center Business Services Representatives are delivering live webinars on varioius topics that are recorded and made available on the SCSBDN web site. Topics included thus far are labor market information, hiring and screening services, Virtual Premier for virtual hiring events, Linked-in Learning for workforce retention, market strategy assistance and advertising, skills testing, and upskilling resources.
