Raudel visited Employment Services of Weld County wanting training for a CDL but had an SR22 due to driving infractions.
To get training approved, Raudel would need to obtain prehire letters from multiple employers. Raudel was determined to obtain his CDLA. He had experience with trucks as a diesel mechanic and in addition to this experience he also had many contacts in the industry.
Raudel was able to provide a hire letter- and training was approved.
While waiting to be approved for training, Raudel had started to ride along on truck drives to assist and gain experience. Upon completion of his CDLA he began working immediately.
