Utilized IDEA funding for On-the-Job Training/Learning to support apprenticeship. Used RUN funding to purchase boots for their new positions with the Sheriff's office. 
Helping the Sheriff's Department continue to utilize the apprenticeship model and support the apprentices with needed equipment.

We used the IDEA/ACE/RUN funding to be able to support over 40 incoming Weld County Sheriff deputies. That we can only do things one way, when we love to braid funds in any way we can. Helping our community this way is truly a success story
