Keisha came in to the TAA Program at the Pikes Peak Workforce Center after she was separated from her employer when her position was outsourced to the Republic of India.

Workforce Solution

We provided Keisha with career guidance/counseling and completed a training plan with her to obtain an undergraduate degree to assist with credential upgrading.

Outcomes & Benefits

She completed a training plan and we provided continuous career guidance, counseling/support, and case management and followed the IEP. The participant graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting .
