Customer is a recently separated veteran who exited from the US Navy. Customer was looking for an opportunity to work in a government-related field and build his career. He discovered the AMTAP program while researching Lockheed Martin and saw his chance. Customer enrolled in AMTAP and passed the screening to secure his seat.

Workforce Solution

Customer was referred to WIOA program at Arapahoe County Workforce to get assistance in paying for apprenticeship program. Customer was thorough in providing his eligibility documents quickly and well-mannered in answering questions. Customer completed his intake documents quickly along with his training request packet, quickly returning them signed.

Outcomes & Benefits

Customer began his AMTAP on April, 4th 2021. WFS received updates from Lockheed Martin stating how diligent the customer was in training. Customer successfully completed his apprenticeship and obtained employment with Lockheed Martin.
