Rose contacted the WFC to see where they could help to develop and grow the skills to help her to have business success. The Staff, Cynthia, worked closely with Rose & helped her figure out what she wanted to achieve regarding her career & where she needed to focus to achieve just that.

Workforce Solution

Wanting to keep her career in the IT software industry; we worked together & decided to take some classes from ACI Learning that would help her career track. Rose decided on the ITIL Foundational class that focuses on the IT business and the PMP Certification. These courses will stay with her no matter what career path she takes in the future.

Outcomes & Benefits

Rose has so much gratitude toward Cynthia for all of her help & support throughout the course work. Rose knows Cynthia was as excited as she is on the new position with Oracle.
