Her case manager worked on her resume, helped her gain valuable transferable skills by placing her in an internship at the Fort Lupton Chamber of Commerce while attending Aims for M.A. certification. CO Works provided supportive services, like weekly gas allowance, job search assistance and job readiness, CCCAP assistance for her daycare needs, and funds for work clothes/shoes.

Lindsay was recently hired as a FT M.A. at UC Health making $21.25 an hour. Weld County CO Works team is super excited for Lindsay’s success!
