After months of building community support and an industry champion support group, we successfully launched the Southern Colorado Regional Healthcare Sector Partnership. In order to expand the reach of the partnership, we included Pueblo and Fremont counties (in addition to our El Paso and Teller counties) by working with their local workforce and convening staff.

The discussions were centered around behavioral health, training needs and culture. Industry leaders wanted to plan the next meeting within the next couple of months to keep the conversation going and move into action! The launch was attended by 16 healthcare leaders and 13 community partners as well as PPWFC staff, CWDC staff, and several conveners from throughout Colorado.
