Amy was a WBC customer. She was in the Job Success Program (JSP). She was laid off during COVID shutdowns. She was looking to get back into HR but struggled due to the lack of opportunities. she had been applying for open positions, but wasn't getting any response from employers.
Workforce Solution
Amy was co-enrolled with both Job Development and JSP. She was advised on how to improve her application based on feedback from employer engagement. One employer, SCL Health, moved her to an interview after the WBC spoke with the employer. The team conducted an interview prep session and answered Amy's interview questions.
Outcomes & Benefits
Amy used the Interviewing tips to be more confident and she had a few job interviews with ongoing WBC guidance and support. She was hired as a full-time On-boarding Coordinator with SCL Health. She was happy with the position and feels this will be a good career pathway for her.
