A customer came into the Workforce Center after she was let go from her previous job. She was distressed and frustrated about her next move.

I was able to sympathize with her because I was in a similar situation. I helped her apply for Unemployment Insurance and we scheduled some time to work on her resume and look at some of the job postings in the area.
