Both Blaine Peterson and Fallon Stelter were interested in pursuing law enforcement as a career when they came to the Park Falls CEP, Inc. office.
Workforce Solution
Using the Work Experience program, Park Falls CEP, Inc. arranged for Blaine and Fallon to begin working at the Park Falls Police Department. During the program, Blaine and Fallon were able to become familiar with the daily procedures of the department. They worked with the officers, "learned the ropes" and had hands on experience as the officers showed them what was expected of a member of the department.
Outcomes & Benefits
After completing the program, both Blaine and Fallon were hired as part time officers for the Park Falls Police Department. Park Falls CEP, Inc. helped them make the connections that led to them meeting their goals. Congratulations!
