TJ is a veteran with a 100% service-related disability. He wants to work with other veterans as peer support.
Workforce Solution
TJ was enrolled in WIOA which helped TJ obtain CAC l & ll training and he was put into a work experience position with our partner agency, Northern Colorado Veterans Resource Center (NCVRC). The cost of the work experience was provided by both WIOA and Weld Project Salute Veteran Service-to-career Program (VSCP) grant funds.
Outcomes & Benefits
TJ did such a great job during his work experience he was hired by NCVRC and is now the Manager.
