Joyclyn entered the Paxen Learning Corporation's Work Readiness program after being laid off from her job as a contract employee. Joyclyn's previous employment experiences centered around assisting others in reaching goals. As a result, she has always understood the importance of goal-setting and achievement.

After completing the Paxen Work Readiness program, Joyclyn was ready to re-focus on entering employment, and her interests were focused towards the field of sales. Paxen’s collaborative partnership with Lowe's offered an excellent opportunity for Joyclyn, and she was employed as a customer service sales representative at Lowe's. Joyclyn was excited and more than willing to accept the challenges of this position and to date she is maximizing her sales goals and setting new sales standards in her department.
