A man & wife had worked for over a year in CO and they had over 9 job titles each, but they had recently moved to MI and needed to apply for CO UI benefits. Unfortunately, they had no computer, but they had called the Elbert County WFC for help.
Workforce Solution
The staff and clients decided to file for CO UI benefits together. Staff on the computer at the CO UI Benefits page, clients on the phone.
Outcomes & Benefits
Two hours later, we had entered all jobs for both clients and had successfully filed for CO UI Benefits. Within the next week, a thank you card was received by the staff: "I don't know what I would have done without your help. You are a Great lady. Great at your job. Thank you, Karen & Randy"
