Alice had been out of work for several months following a layoff, and although she was actively seeking employment, she'd had many unsuccessful job interviews and was feeling discouraged. Alice felt she needed assistance to help her stand out above other job seekers in today's very competitive labor market.
Workforce Solution
Alice met with a Career Development Facilitator at the Hudson County One Stop Career Center and both agreed that Alice needed to upgrade her skills. Alice was enrolled in Computerized Financial Accounting training at Keyskills Learning, Inc. located in Clifton, New Jersey. Her training began in early December, 2009, and ended on April 15, 2010.
Outcomes & Benefits
Alice's skills upgrade training has had fantastic results. She is now employed at Advance Realty Group as Property Manager and earns $84,000 annually. Congratulations, Alice!
