Ben is the owner of a small mail and print shop and he needed to ramp up staff to be ready in time for the busy holiday season.

Ben contacted the Maricopa Workforce Connection (MWC) Business Services Team to help find the perfect salesperson to join his team. The qualified candidate would have excellent customer service skills and an understanding of how to deal with holiday shoppers. He completed the Job Order form and it was uploaded to the Arizona Virtual One Stop, circulated throughout the One Stop Center to the Career Guidance Specialists and the Veteran’s Center.

Outcomes & Benefits

Ben not only received a great response from his posting, but he was able to interview and offer the position to a veteran on December 1st, just in time to prepare for the holiday rush.
