Meet MarketLink

Workforce Challenge

MarketLink acquired an existing call center in Wheat Ridge, CO, that had gone out of business three months earlier. They were new to the Denver area and needed to hire approximately 100 sales agents.

Workforce Solution

The Business Development Coordinator at the American Job Center assisted MarketLink with creating an account for job postings at and trained MarketLink staff on how to post positions, search for candidates using the database and manage the account. In addition, AJC staff provided labor market and wage data, local resources for advertising our positions and connections with community partners.

Outcomes & Benefits

MarketLink has been actively posting positions on Connecting Colorado. The AJC has hosted a customized Now Hiring event at the Workforce Center, and MarketLink has participated in AJC job fairs. As a result, MarketLink is hiring people on a weekly basis. They are close to reaching their recruitment goal.
