Meet Tajanay

Workforce Challenge

Tajanay enrolled in the Youth Succeed program for assistance with attaining her high school diploma. She wanted to go to college after graduation, and she attended a high school that offered college class opportunities. However, Tajanay was in need of financial assistance to pay for high school books, supplies and fees.

Workforce Solution

Youth Succeed assisted Tajanay with high school fees, books and school supplies, as well as other supportive services. She also received incentives for grades, leadership, and graduation needs that motivated and encouraged her to keep up with her studies.

Outcomes & Benefits

Tajanay successfully graduated from high school and was accepted in college. She received various scholarships from her college, as well as private organizations including Youth Succeed. Tajanay is now working on a degree in the human service field, hoping to become a child advocate.
