To keep up with his business' growth, Sanchez began planning to hire additional personnel. He found a great resource through Omar Castro, a member of the Business Resource Team of the San Bernardino County Workforce Investment Board.

"My goal is to employ local residents in my firm," Sanchez said. "San Bernardino County is where it began and I'm committed to giving back to the community through job opportunities and great customer service."

To make sure he was in compliance with employment laws, he regularly consulted the the human resources hotline, provided at no-cost to San Bernardino County employers by the Workforce Investment Board. "Knowing I am doing the right things for my employees and my business is a great feeling," Sanchez said.
