Loders Croklaan is a key global producer in the supply of oils, fats and nutritional ingredients for more than 110 years. While it still serves several major market segments within these industries, its core business in the 21st Century is palm oil, a no-trans fat alternative. Worldwide, it provides customers with complete and comprehensive supply chain management, an extensive range of palm-based products, and unprecedented assurance in product safety, quality and value for money.

Workforce Solution

The Channahon facility, which employs over 80 full-time employees, installed a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system to better capture production and sales information and enable better decision-making. A total of 22 employees were trained in-house on the ERP System with Incumbent Worker funding. Having this customized training on-site provided an efficient way to bring all 22 employees up to speed at once.
